What happens if I lose or get my equipment stolen during a rental?
You are responsible for the equipment upon delivery, and until the return of the equipment to Canada Post. Any theft or loss must be assumed by the renter of the equipment. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
If the bag is damaged when I return, what should I do?
You have no steps to take. All equipment are inspected upon their return to Bpackr. Any damage considered as "normal wear and tear" is accepted and no fees will be charged. However, the renter will be responsible for paying for the repair or replacement of unduly damaged equipment. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
What should I do when I want to return the equipment after my adventure?
Simply return it to its pre-paid eco-friendly envelope and drop it off at a Canada Post service point before 12:00 pm (noon) prior to, or on the expected return date. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
Is it possible to buy the equipment?
In order for you to continue to save money, we only offer the equipment rental service.
Is it possible to extend the number of days of my rental when it is started?
Absolutely! In one click, extend your rental from your bpackr profile. It will cost you $1 / additional rental day, no fees are added! For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
What is the late return rental policy?
For each day late (including a return filed after 12:00 pm), late fees will be charged each day. These fees represent 5% of the retail price of the equipment that is late. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
What if I can’t find which bag I should rent?

How many days before going on an adventure are necessary to make my rental?
It all depends on your planning needs and the details of your trip. However, please allow time between your delivery date and your departure, as well as your return date and the end of your rental. We suggest that you plan 48 hours before and after your trip for the reception and shipping of the equipment.
